CUCSA
Council of UC Staff Assemblies (CUCSA)
UC ANR Staff Assembly is a member of the statewide Council of University of California Staff Assemblies (CUCSA), an organization that maintains and enhances communication within the University community on matters of interest to staff employees in accordance with California laws and Regent policy.
The constituency of CUCSA is understood to be all staff employees of the UC. CUCSA is involved in matters of interest and concern to those who are not exclusively represented and may address matters not within the scope of representation for those exclusively represented. CUCSA is sponsored by Systemwide Human Resources.

- Increase staff influence on organizational decisions
- Provide support to local staff assembly to involve staff
- Improve multi-directional communication between leadership, CUCSA, and staff
Who is in CUCSA?
The CUCSA Delegation consists of 31 members: two delegates from each of the 13 UC locations/entities and five officers - Chair, Chair-elect, Operations Officer, Communications Officer, and Immediate Past Chair.
